Note:

· Each graduate attending Project Graduation will receive a sinch bag at the graduation rehearsal at RHAM High School.

· All attendees must agree to the rules set forth in the AHM Youth & Family Services Project Graduation Code of Conduct.

· Attendees must stay for the duration of the event and will not be allowed to leave early. In the event of a medical issue, parents will be contacted by phone.

· Scholarships for financial assistance are available for families/students experiencing financial distress; quick application is located on the AHM Project Graduation webpage.

· If you would like to purchase a Project Graduation ticket for a graduating senior, please go to the AHM Project Graduation webpage and select “Make a Donation” and in the notes section write: Project Graduation Surprise Ticket for [the grad’s name]. Your name will not be shared with the graduate receiving the ticket unless you tell AHM otherwise.

Project Graduation Schedule

8:30PM Grads arrive at RHAM High School, park in senior lot and proceed to the area near the flag poles and line-up in bus lines - busses will be numbered. Grads should determine who they are sitting with on the bus ride before they get to RHAM because this speeds up the on-boarding process. Grads will ride the same bus to and from the venue.

8:45PM RHAM Administration begins bag checks. No other personal bags or backpacks will be permitted. *AHM will contact the parents of any grad who is registered but is not accounted for. If your graduate is not able to attend the event please call Ashlee Parks at 860-712-3835. Please leave a message and your call will be returned. Busses will not leave until all registered graduates are accounted for.

10:00PM Busses arrive at Revolutions and a wristband will be issued to each graduate upon entry.

4:00AM Graduates organize in bus lines to leave the venue. After the headcount is confirmed by AHM & parent volunteers, the busses depart for RHAM High School.
